Guatemalan in MN charged for selling fake id
A man from Guatemala living in Minnesota was selling U.S. Social Security cards, Puerto Rican birth certificates and U.S. money and state identification cards. It’s not clear if these were manufactured by the dude or legitimate documents resold.
There don’t seem to be many details on whether or not he was just selling them to local immigrants to to everyone. Doubt that many kids looking to drink in bars want a birth certificate form Puerto Rico?
